i feel like 2007 felt a little like this. nothing cuts deeper than losing in the finals. but we aren’t out yet. just have to take it game by game.

It’s actually a really eerie mood in Ottawa right now. Almost scary. At least that how I’m feeling it. With the horrible loss last night and MacLean and Alfie’s legendary post-game comments, not to mention the thunderstorms, I don’t know how to react. I want to say it’s the calm before the storm that is the Senators comeback, but who knows?

i’m glad i’m not the only one thinks this! it feels like an entire city is mourning something that isn’t even gone yet.
